What is the Patient Affordability Program?

As part of our commitment to society, we have participated in Dubai Health Authority’s Patient Affordability Program to enable blue collar workers to navigate financial obstacles that prevent them from accessing the medication that they need.2,3

Eligibility for the Patient Affordability Program:

1.Patient will be referred to program depending on medication inclusion and patient’s insurance.

2.HCP/pharmacist will register patient on the platform using EID;
Or
Patient can call a toll-free number and request to be registered on the system.

3. Patient status will appear on the system, and program team will validate and contact the patient to confirm enrolment.

4.Patient status is updated on the system Program team can develop a customized treatment plan. (Voucher vs FOC vs Commercial)

5. Patient can share the valid prescription at the next cycle of treatment.

6. Pharmacy will dispense medication through a digital process to validate the voucher/release letter upon dispensing medication
