Probiotics and food intolerance: Going behind the wall

Food allergy or food intolerance is a commonly encountered problem affecting 20% of the population, the exact prevalence of which is unknown. Several possible theories related to the gut wall and the role of microbiota have come to light. This study focuses on the role of probiotics, mainly Enterogermina and its interaction with the interstitial barrier.
