We are pleased to share with you information on ‘Safety and Efficacy of Treatment with Dupilumab for up to 2 Years in Infants and Young Children with Atopic Dermatitis,’ together with the ‘Guidelines of Care for the Management of Atopic Dermatitis in Pediatric Patients.’ We believe these publications may be of interest to you.

This email highlights key evidence regarding dupilumab, including its long-term safety and efficacy profile in infants and young children with atopic dermatitis. It also presents current guideline recommendations, which strongly support the use of dupilumab in children aged 6 months and older with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis.

Two large-scale trials comparing high-dose inactivated influenza vaccine (HD-IIV) versus standard-dose inactivated influenza vaccine (SD-IIV) against hospitalisation outcomes have been conducted in Denmark and Spain. The aim was to analyse the pooled data from these trials to enhance generalisability and assess the relative vaccine effectiveness (rVE) of HD-IIV versus SD-IIV against severe clinical outcomes in older adults.¹
