Inclusion in Immunization Program:
One dose of L-mAbs for RSV prevention is indicated for infants born during the RSV season (Sept 1 - March 1) in the following cases:
If the mother did not receive the RSV vaccine
If the infant was born within 14 days of maternal RSV vaccination
If the maternal RSV vaccination status during pregnancy is unknown
High-Risk Children: Only Nirsevimab will be administered in the second RSV season to high-risk children aged 8 to 19 months.

A single dose of the Long-acting RSV monoclonal antibodies is administered to newborns at birth who are born between September 1 of one calendar year and March 1 of subsequent year (RSV season), unless the mother received the RSV vaccine during that pregnancy
Nirsevimab is recommended for some children <19 monthswho are at increased risk for severe RSV disease and entering their RSV season (1st September to 1st March).
Children with chronic lung diseaseof prematurity who required medical support (any time during the 6-month period before the start of the RSV season)
