Nikolaos Lazarini, Karolinska University hospital, Dear colleagues! In this 5 minute video, I’ll share my reflection from ERS 2025. Several clinically relevant findings, especially around biomarkers and personalized treatment approaches that could benefit Swedish patients. Some results may be implemented short-term, such as adjusting diagnostic strategies or treatment pathways. There was clear momentum around biomarker-driven care, with new trends pointing toward more precise phenotyping and prediction of treatment response.
